Director of Sales, EMEA

We are seeking a Director of Sales, EMEA to be part of a fast moving, well-funded and innovative IT Security vendor to be the first person in territory. This vendor are creating a high performance sales team to develop, promote and manage Channels in Europe, and have arguably the most exciting technology just in the process of hitting the market.
The recruited candidate will report to the VP Sales, and will be based in the UK.
Job Description:

·          Responsible for channels and end users within the UK and other European countries.
·          Build channel business by recruiting new channel partners.
·          Develop new business through engagement of resellers.
·          Support partners by conducting training, seminars, education, and presentations.
·          Stimulate regional sales, help distribution partners reach respective quotas, and   
        maintain customer satisfaction in the territory.
·         Increase brand awareness in the market place through direct contacts with 
        Partners, Resellers, Large Accounts, and Technology Consultants.

Requirements:

5 years Territory Management experience in selling hardware or security products to the marketplace across Europe. In addition, a minimum of 2 years experience sales management with demonstrated ability to lead and manage direct reporting sales teams to achieve targets and objectives at a fast pace – ability to create a team from scratch a bonus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, ideally with emphasis in networking and security.

Pre-Sales Engineer UK & Ireland

Responsibilities:

This exciting security vendor seeks an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to focus on ensuring that field sales and engineering has the knowledge and tools to present their solutions to their installed customer base. In addition to solution design and proof-of concept, this individual will deliver solution briefs and conduct train-the-trainer sessions with the Sales Engineering (SE) Team. This individual will be responsible for a broad range of gateway security solutions including firewall, VPN, intrusion detection/prevention, URL content filtering, virus protection, etc.

The Pre-Sales Engineer must be comfortable working with both technical and non technical staff, have excellent presentation skills and must have a thorough working knowledge of security technologies and networking.

Qualifications:

·          Experience as customer-facing systems engineer
·          Experience in working with both Value Added Resellers and end-users
·          Experience in working in a large organization in a team selling environment
·          Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
·          Understanding of internet/network security
·          Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Technical Support Engineer (IT Security vendor)

Our client, an award winning security vendor require the following:

  ·          2nd Level Help Desk Support for our partners and customers in Europe
 ·          phone support, occasionally on site support
 ·          strong coordination with external support in our headquarters, European locations,
          Channel Partners
 ·          and Product Management

  Your qualifications:

 

·          1-3 years experience technical support, ideally with an Internet Service Provider

·          Excellent knowledge in Networks, Microsoft products and environment eg. Microsoft Active Directory,

·          Linux environment (Linux OS, Server installation and configuration

·          Know-How in Internet and communication protocols (OSI model, TCP\IP, UDP, DNS, etc.) and Firewall

·          solutions (CheckPoint, Microsoft)

·          Basic understanding of VPN solutions (CheckPoint, Cisco -Concentrator, PIX, etc)

·          Stress-proven and persistent in handling non self-explanatory customer requests

·          Be part of a team and work independently, when needed

·          Accurate and analytical person

·          Able to integrate yourself in a multi-cultural environment

Very good command of English and German, plus ideally a 2nd language e.g. French/German

Pre-Sales Consultant – NL (IT Security vendor)

Responsibilities:

·          Project Leadership (< larger 1000 users)
·          Build up and extend channel partner know how and commitment
·          Assist in identifying customers' / prospects' needs and sales opportunities
·          Attend conferences/shows/exhibitions and participate in customer visits
·          Coordinate all presales support activities for potential enterprise customers and   
        existing accounts 
·          Work directly with prospects to help them understand the technical aspects of the 
         product’s capabilities and develop possible sales scenarios.
·          Coordinate post-sales support if necessary between Partners / Customers and the 
        HQ, Sales and Marketing
·          Cooperate with Sales and the European Pre-Sales Team on the development of 
        Focus Channel Partners

Qualifications:

·          Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent work experience
·          Successful work in managing large enterprise projects from the pre-sales 
        perspective
·          Experience in Secure Content Management
·          Broad knowledge of Linux, Networking and Security
·          Knowledge of technical sales and marketing techniques in the software industry
·          Excellent verbal and written communications skills, also in English

Senior Sales Executive – Penetration Testing

Our client are a specialist in providing penetration testing (pen testing) services in the UK. They have the highest levels of accreditations and a fantastic reputation, along with some of the best Pen Testers in the country. They are continuing to expand and require additional Senior Sales Execs in the North and South of the UK. Main purpose of the role is new business focused, but with ownership of accounts won strong account management and development skills are needed.
